Schedule For The Elections Of The Secretary General & Members Executive Committee Of Abdalians’ Association
vide Article 12 & 19 Of The Articles Of Association
To Be Held On 18-Mar-2012.
- Announcement and dispatch of election schedule.
- Display of voting list. 24th January 2012
- Dispatch of nomination papers & willing certificate.
- Last date of filing objections upon the voter list.* 3rd February 2012
- Decision by the President on objections upon voter list. 7th February 2012
- Last date of receipt of nomination papers.* 10th February 2012
- Result of scrutiny of nomination papers. 16th February 2012
- Last date of receipt of objections by President HOBA, against the Scrutiny of nomination papers.* 23rd February 2012
- Last date of announcement of decision upon objections on scrutiny of nomination papers by President HOBA & Dispatch/Display of final List of candidates contesting the election on website. 26th February 2012
- Last date of withdrawal of nomination paper.* 13rd March 2012
- Polling day. 18th March 2012

* Important to Note
- All correspondence regarding Sr. # 4, 6, 8, 10, and for other practical purposes shall be received and dispatched at the following address: -
- 37-B, 2nd Floor, Services Plaza 2, Old Pindi Club Building, The Mall, Rawalpindi Cantt.
- All correspondence/ submission of nomination papers should be mailed in sealed envelop with out which the nomination papers shall not be received for the purpose of election.
- No office bearer of HOBA shall be entitled to receive any nomination paper by hand in his personal capacity.
- All correspondence such as Nomination papers and objections shall be received till the given dated up till 1400 Hrs on the above address. No such correspondence shall be entertained after the given date and time.
- Capt ® Nayyar Islam, Dr. Faisal Manzoor & Mr. Amjad Saeed Yazdani shall be the Scrutinizers.
- Nomination papers shall be filled in with blue ink or ball point.
- Any change of spellings contradictory to the voters list shall make the nomination papers void.
- Nomination paper shall also be void if: -
a. Late receipt.
b. Name, Kit No. etc if found contradictory to the voter list.
c. Any deviation from above instructions.
d. Nomination papers filled with any other ink.
e. Any correction/cutting shall make it void.
