Arif Yaqubs fathers chelum
It is with deep sorrow that we announce, that Arif Yaqub's father passed away last month. We pray that Allah Almighty bless his soul and give him a Heavenly abode and give the family the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
The due-e-chelum will be held on Sunday, 3rd February 2008, at 11am at Arif's house at No. 43, Street 11, F-6/3, Islamabad.

Lt. Col. Pir Umer Farooq embraces shahadat in chopper crash
Lt. Col. Pir Umer Farooq embraced shahadat on Wednesday 6th February, 2008 when his helicopter crashed in the South Waziristan Agency. Lt. Col. Umer Farooq was from Liaqat Wing and belonged to the 24th Entry.

Cadets participate in Rizwan's Qul at PAF Mess,Chaklala
16 Cadets belonging to the 45th Entry from Omar Wing participated in Air Cdre Rizwan Ullah's Qul on 23rd Feb held at the PAF Officers mess in Chaklala. These cadets also happened to be Taimur Rizwan's class-fellows at Cadet College. The cadets were accompanied by Mr. Amjad Janjua, a member of the faculty. The Abdalians' Association is grateful to the cadets for this wonderful gesture on their part and to the Principal for providing the boys the opportunity to show the Abdalian spirit.

Quran Khawani held at Cadet College for PAF Shuhada
On the request of the President of the Association, the Principal arranged for a special Quran Khawani in the College mosque on 22nd Feb. All cadets participated in the Quran Khawani, which was also attended by Old Boys' represented by Brig. Mukkaram Khan, Syed Ashfaq Hussain, Sikander Hayat Khattak, Tariq Obedur Rehman, Nayyar Islam, Dr. Faisal Manzoor, Arif Yaqoob, Rashid Aziz, Col. Abdur Rashid and Syed Abul Hasan.
Special Dua was held for AVM Razzak Hussain, AVM Salim Nawaz who were related to Abdalian's and A/Cdr Rizwan Ullah Khan, being Abdalian himself.

Abdalians embracing shahdat in earthquake 2005
With heavy but proud hearts we report the following loss of our brothers.
Lt Col Kamran Akbar (27th) died in Muzaffarabad. He was the son of our beloved teacher at Hassanabdal Mr. Akbar Sahib and was commanding an ASC unit.
Capt. Dr. Asadullah (Army Medical Corps) from 32nd entry Cadet College Hassanabadal died in the earthquake on 08.10.05. He was second-in-command in the Combined Military Hospital Rawalakot. He leaves behind a widow and two children.
Maj. Dr. R. Kibriya (Army Medical Corps) from 29th entry lost his 4 year old son in the Combined Military Hospital Muzaffarabad.
A. Mirza and M. Mirza 29 th entry's cousin Maj. U. Mirza was in the Army holicopter that crashed during an earthquake rescue mission.
