Saudi Arabia chapter meets in Riyadh

A family get together was held for Abdalians living in Saudi Arabia on January 9,2015 .The event was held in a local Pakistani restaurant and was attended by many abdalians .Total count was around 35. The Most senior abdalian in the event was Mr. Iftikhar Gul from 10th entry and the junior most were from 43rd entry. High spirited Abdalians came all the way from Khobar, Dammam and Hafoof to attend the event. Some of them drove 400-500 kilometers in order to attend the event and returned on same day.
Attendance of Abdalians from different entries, nice hotel environment and good food made it an enjoyable and memorable day for everyone. The Abdalian wives even took a step further and made their own Whatsapp group in order to stay in touch after the event and the group is still very active. The participants also discussed the college situation and about the initiative about HOBA reorganization. Dr. Afaq briefed all the participants about the progress and all Abdalians unanimously agreed that Abdalians are always loyal and dedicated towards their almamater. The meeting further resolved that HOBA should drop all cases against the College in order to get support from other Abdalians.
Abdalians in KSA are well organized and keep celebrating different events in Riyadh and Khobar whether it is just a casual get-together or farewell for any departing Abdalian. They also have a Whatsapp group with 60 plus members and the group is buzzing all day.
